Thanks for visiting ours about us page. Here we have tried to explain our mission well, and we hope that you must have understood it well.
What is our intention?
Health is probably the most important thing in the world. However, we take it for granted. We are so careless about our health. We make choices and decisions that seem to lead to an awful lot of well-being.
Seriously, how often do you eat fast food even though you know full well it's bad? How many times have you been sick because you did something you knew was unwell? Take a deep breath and think about it.
You obviously use the recommended amount each day, right? According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the recommended amount of exercise for children and teens is 60 minutes (1 full hour).
You see, lack of adequate exercise is one of the many health hazards we fail to truly accept in our busy daily lives. Health problems include using social media sites, not sleeping, drinking too much, watching too much TV, procrastination, smoking, quitting drugs, overeating, and avoiding fruits and vegetables.
We all know that we use too much social media sites nowadays. That's great and all, but you know it's so bad for us, right? The amount of time we spend (or waste) watching social media sites is unbelievable.
Procrastination is 100% a big issue in today's world. The simple fact is that we are too lazy to do anything. Also, we sometimes eat too much. Overeating causes innumerable dangerous health problems. Bad is really killing us these days. As you know, bad is a direct synonym for fast food. There is no question about it.
As you can see, we sometimes (or in many cases at most) make terrible health decisions. This leads to the conclusion that we do not appreciate the importance of health. A portion of simple food for thought: "It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver" - Mahatma Gandhi.
So this is a small step toward a healthy and happy society. Let's join us for a great journey against the sleeping world.
